Snap Flip Bank™ is enterprise grade application that runs on an iPhone or Android, and allows you to snap a picture, flip a house, and bank a check in 3 easy steps. Using GPS technology and triangulation,  Snap Flip Bank™ automatically calculates the address of the property you take a picture of. It then does multiple internet queries to pull down the google satellite view, the locations of the survey pins on the plat, which are drawn on the map, the value, age, and size of the home and the homes around it. At this point, if the user wants to flip that house, they push a button to generate a Property Report. 

The Property Report includes the value of the home, the sum of liens record on the home (total debt), and, using a proprietary process, and estimate of the repairs needed. It also includes 30 additional pieces of information including beds, baths, garages, owners, purchase history, vacancy or not, HOA, tax records, etc. It then analyzes the property against 12 different real estate investing strategies including: fix and flip, equity partnering, short sale, lease-option, wrap, and several others. The results are presented on a proprietary "Scoreboard" where each strategy lights up RED, GREEN, or YELLOW representing Bad Deal, Good Deal, and Maybe Deal respectively. The Scoreboard also indicates what offer an investor would make for each strategy. 

Finally, Snap Flip Bank™generates a detailed Skip Trace Report with detailed information about the owner(s). The information includes: name, age, phone numbers (multiple), email addresses, prior addresses, outstanding loans, etc. It also includes detail reports on the spouse, siblings, parents, accomplices, and of course their contact information.
